Has Regret Held You Back…

As I look over my life, one of my biggest birthday reflections is that I honestly have no regrets.

I’ve had some regrettable moments, but I chose to learn the lesson instead.

Research shows that people regret the things they didn’t do more than the things they did, even if their actions turned out less than ideal.

Other studies show that we most regret thinking we didn’t reach our full potential, the person we feel we could have become, because we didn’t try.

Some of the reasons we give up chasing our bold goals:

  • The distance between where we are and where we want to be feels overwhelming
  • Fear of failure
  • Fear of not being in control
  • Not having a clear pathway to achieve our goals
  • Giving up what’s comfortable and familiar for the unknown

Do any of these resonate with you?

That’s why I’m excited to host a conversation with my friends on March 30th to discuss how they stepped into confidence by first finding courage.

Sylvia Jones left a successful journalism career in Chicago and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming a television screenwriter and producer. Now, she’s writing and producing some of tv’s hottest shows!

Kathleen Sarpy left her “big agency” life behind after the birth of her first child to bootstrap her own firm without a backup plan. Alone in her suburban basement (next to her sump pump!), 7-months pregnant with her second child and only armed with a laptop, tons of tenacity, and goodwill, she started what is now a global PR and Marketing firm.

This live event happened on March 30th, 2022, but you can click here to watch the recording of this powerful, inspirational and fun conversation.

I can’t wait to see you there!
